Property is a Techno / IDM producer and DJ based in Enschede, the Netherlands.
With a distinct ear for rhythm-driven storytelling, his DJ sets are measured and dynamic, grounded in a deep percussive flow and guided by instinct more than genre. In the studio, he shapes tracks that mostly prioritize complex rhythms and movement, drawing from both classic influences and forward-thinking productions. With a creative process that thrives on unpredictability, often flipping conventional workflows to discover fresh and unexpected outcomes, his music reflects a constant search for balance between precision and spontaneity, classic and experimental, structure and freedom.
