Dana Baltrushaititie

Piano

Dana Baltrushaititie comes from Ukraine. She started to play piano at the age of 5 and received her first musical education in Kremenchuk with prof. Natalia Synyanska.

Dana was accepted to Kyiv State Music Lyceum in 2016. Under the guidance of prof. Tetiana Abaieva, Dana became a laureate of numerous competitions. Among them are:
– XII International Chopin competition (Narva, Estonia, 2018);
– Tengiz Amirejibi II International piano competition (Borjomi, Georgia, 2018);
– Jeune Chopin International piano competition for young pianists under the patronage of Martha Argerich (Martigny, Switzerland, 2018).

She played concerts in many cities of Ukraine and abroad (Georgia, Poland, Estonia, Switzerland, Israel, Spain, the Netherlands).

She won the Yamaha Piano Scholarship Program 2020-2021.

In 2021, after graduating from school, she continued her studies at the National Music Academy of Ukraine in the class of prof. Borys Fedorov.

Soon after russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, Dana moved to the Netherlands. There she got accepted to Conservatorium van Amsterdam, where she currently studies with prof. Naum Grubert.

Dana regularly performs solo, as well as chamber music.
