From an early age, she demonstrated an innate musical maturity and outstanding technical abilities. Her international concert career took off while she was only a child and audiences around the world were <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201c<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">completely taken by surprise, compelled and astonished<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201d<\/span> <span lang=\"EN-US\">by the depth and power of her musical expression.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"BodyA\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">At over 25 million views, Anna<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">\u2019<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">s live recording of the Rachmaninoff 2nd Piano Concerto in the Royal Concertgebouw has become the most watched classical concerto on Youtube and is highly praised by many renown musicians. <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Anna has performed in some of the most prestigious concert halls of Europe, North and South America, and Asia.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Having mastered a formidable concerto repertoire, she has been performing with orchestras around the world, and she has had the pleasure of performing with great conductors, including Jaap Van Zweden, Jun Markl, Benjamin Zander, Olari Elts, Carlos Miguel Prieto, Christian Schumann, Tatsuya Shimono, Andrew Grams and Martin Panteleev.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"BodyA\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"> Anna has claimed top prizes at numerous international piano competitions, including the International Rubinstein &#8216;In Memoriam&#8217; piano competition, the Moscow International Frederick Chopin Competition for young pianists. She has also received mentorship from world renowned musicians such as Alfred Brendel, Menahem Pressler, Steven Isserlis and Andras Schiff.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"BodyA\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">In 2017 and 28 she became the artistic director and co-founder of the International Chamber Music Festival, Ede.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Highlights of 2019 included engagements with the Philharmonia Orchestra and Utah Symphony Orchestra, Tangos with Marcelo Nisinman in the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, tours of Japan with the State Symphony Capella of Russia and Brasil with the Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchstra, the Sintra Festival in Portugal, and\u00a0 new solo CD\u00a0 release with Channel classic called <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201c<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Storyteller<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201d<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"BodyA\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Anna is going to be an Artist in Residence in Haarlem Philharmonie in season 2020-2021.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anna Fedorova\u00a0 is one of the world&#8217;s premier young pianists.
